The ability to be innovative and creative is important to me. I enjoy being challenged and inspired by the people around me. I aim to enthuse and challenge staff and students to also be inventive and imaginative in their learning and day to day tasks.

To borrow John Hattie's words, "teachers should build classroom climates where errors are welcome, student engagement is the norm, questioning is high and students gain reputations as effective learners." No wonder, a student harnessed in such an atmosphere has every possibility of becoming a responsible, balanced and a mature adult and is able to live in to contribute and to shoulder responsibilities of the society, of which he forms an integral part. Children need a supportive environment at home and at school. They need to set goals, within their reach until they gain confidence and determination. They would, thus, have the pleasure of watching their dreams into reality
At St. George our approaches to learning is child centric encouraging Activity based learning and inculcating a scientific temper and a spirit of free enquiry. In our curriculum the student is the key focus and each child is involved in the learning process. We are constantly improving our teaching methodology so that it turns learning into combination of classroom study, research and scientific discovery

Their constant support empowers us to do more and more I pay my gratitude to bestow their faith in us I am confident that the St. Georgians will make themselves stronger day by day, adding a new leaf to the grandeur of the school.
